Privacy notice
Giveback.lol collects only the information needed to run the leaderboard, process payments, prevent abuse, and publish the final donation record.
Information we collect
We store the checkout amount and status, your chosen public name or URL, anonymity choice, requested charity URL, activity needed to keep the leaderboard accurate, and basic site analytics. We may also store security records derived from network information, such as hashed IP-based rate-limit keys and country eligibility signals.
Card and payment information
Stripe hosts checkout and processes card details. Giveback.lol does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe sends payment identifiers and payment status information that we use to verify the pot and leaderboard.
Public information
Unless you choose anonymity, your submitted public identity, requested charity URL, bid amount, rank, clicks, and related activity may be displayed publicly. Payment-card details and private processor information are not displayed.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate and secure the site, reconcile payments, moderate public links, respond to disputes, and prove the final donation. It is shared with service providers such as Stripe, Vercel, and Supabase only as needed to provide those functions, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and requests
Transaction and public-result records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, and the permanent donation record. Requests concerning non-public personal information can be sent to loofahhhgaming@gmail.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting.
