Payments and refunds
Stripe processes Giveback.lol payments for Luke Stuart Ventures LLC. A payment affects the pot or leaderboard only after Stripe confirms it as successfully paid.
Final payments
Successful payments are generally final because the public leaderboard and charity outcome rely on verified payment events. Changing your mind, losing first place, or disagreeing with a later leader's charity choice does not create a refund right.
Corrections and required refunds
Giveback.lol may refund or correct a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, a confirmed technical error, a payment made while checkout was improperly available, a platform cancellation, or any circumstance where applicable law requires a refund. Contact loofahhhgaming@gmail.com promptly with the Stripe receipt and a concise description of the issue.
Refunds, reversals, and disputes
A refund, chargeback, dispute, reversal, or failed payment can remove or adjust the associated amount, rank, lead, timer, and net charity amount. If an affected payment was the leader, Giveback.lol may restore the next valid leader or take another reasonable step to preserve a fair result. Stripe and the payment networks control their own processing timelines.
Charity payout amount
The final recipient receives the verified pot after Stripe processing costs and any refunds, reversals, or chargebacks. If a payment changes after the charity is paid, Giveback.lol may update the public ledger and handle the difference according to law and the available payment records.
