Terms of participation

Giveback.lol is a one-time, pay-to-participate leaderboard operated by Luke Stuart Ventures LLC. By submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms and the public Rules.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in the United States when you check out. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate public information.

What your payment does

A ranked bid can take first place and select a requested charity. A pot-only contribution increases the pot but does not rank, select the recipient, or reset the timer. These payments purchase participation in the Giveback.lol experience. They are not direct charitable donations and are not tax deductible.

Leaderboard and clock

The first ranked bid is $1. Each later bid must be exactly $1 above the verified current leader. Only a completed payment that becomes the verified number-one bid starts or resets the 24-hour clock. The site's server records control the official result.

Charity selection and payout

The final leader's requested charity must be legitimate, verifiable, legally eligible to receive the funds, and payable through a safe official channel. Giveback.lol may reject or replace a selection that fails those checks. The fallback recipient is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Luke Stuart Ventures LLC will donate the verified net pot after Stripe processing costs, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks. No platform percentage is retained from that verified net pot.

Public content and enforcement

Public identities and links may be reviewed, edited, hidden, or removed. Adult content, scams, malware, impersonation, hate, threats, illegal content, chat invite links, URL shorteners, and affiliate or tracking parameters are prohibited. Attempts to manipulate payments, rankings, clicks, or the timer may be disqualified.

Availability and changes

Giveback.lol may pause checkout to protect participants, correct a technical problem, comply with law, or respond to payment-provider requirements. Material decisions affecting the result or payout will be reflected in the public record when appropriate.
